I’m New Here: Faux Real
A brief history: Los Angeles-based, Franco-American siblings Elliott and Virgile Arndt formed their playful art-pop project Faux Real in 2018. They make lithe, synth-laden anthems rich in E number melodies and pulsing beats. Considering their music so restless, it’s a surprise it’s taken six years for their debut to arrive: Faux Ever came out on City Slang last week.
